| Painting Pottery Parties- recommended for all ages Price Per Child Parties: 2 hours for ages 7 and up, 1.5 hours for ages under 7 Yellow - $13.95 (small figurines) Red - $14.95 (plate, bowl or mug) Purple - $16.95 (medium figurines) Green - $19.95 (large figurines) Blue - $22.95 (banks) After each child has decided what to paint, depending on your package, our staff then offers instruction on how to use the paints and tools. After you are finished painting, we’ll clean the tables and you are welcome to enjoy your cake and gifts if you choose to bring them with you. Pottery will be ready to pick-up in approximately one week by the party host. Glass Fusing Parties- recommended for ages 10 and up Price Per Child Parties: $12.95 - 1 hr, 1 glass pendant and cord $14.95 - 1.5 hr, 4 x 4 inch glass sun catcher $19.95 - 1.5 hr, 2 glass pendants & 1 cord $23.95 - 2 hr, 5x5 inch glass bowl (2 weeks to fire) At a glass party, our staff will teach about glass fusing, and instruct you in how to use the tools. Once you are finished gluing your pieces, we’ll clean the tables and you are welcome to enjoy your cake and gifts if you choose to bring them with you. Glass projects will be ready to pick-up in approximately one week. Wheel Pottery- recommended for ages 10 and up $200 package: Up to 6 kids (we have 6 wheels) ages 12 and up– 2 hr party, includes one piece per child. In this party, each child will get to make their very own pot on the wheel (1 hour) and will receive a coupon to paint their work of art at a later date. We will bisque fire the pieces and package them up. This will take about 2 weeks as we need to allow for proper drying time for the clay. With a wheel party, you will have instruction on the wheel from start to finish of your piece. You are welcome to enjoy your cake and gifts if you choose to bring them with you. Other information: We ask for a 48 hour notice on all party reservations in order for us to schedule extra staff. If you are planning on coming with less than 48 hour notice, please call us anyway (608-442-9900) so we can reserve a table for you. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve a party date and will be taken off your art total at the end of your party. A store credit will be issued for those who cancel a week or more prior to the party date. If you are running late, please let us know, as we may need to move your party to the main studio. All parties (except wheel party) have a minimum of 6 participants. The party room will be reserved for the time of the party you choose, any additional time will be charged at $20 per half hour, and must be requested on day of reservation. We cannot guarantee extra time on the day of your party without a reservation. How do I make a Reservation? Stop in the studio or call us anytime during open hours (608-442-9900). We are happy to answer any other questions you have and set up your party! We can have a party any day during the week, even Saturday and Sunday! We only require a weeks notice for any reservation. All we require for a reservation is a non- refundable $50 deposit which will be taken off your total bill on the day of the party. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. When do I Pick-up the Pieces? Pieces are ready to pick up 7 to 9 days later. Pieces will be wrapped separately and labeled for pick-up by one person. Should I bring treat bags? The children get their own project back in about a week, making it a personal choice if you want treat bags or not. About half the parties have treat bags and about half do not. What do I Bring? You can bring in food, drinks, cake, ice cream, candles and a camera. We have a refrigerator, freezer and microwave in the studio. We can provide you with the plates, cups, napkins and silverware. We also have an ice cream scoop, knife and lighter. Instead of cake and ice cream some parents bring in cupcakes and prepackaged ice cream cups. Both being faster and easier. We also recommend a pick up time of 15 minutes prior to the end of the party just in case our artists are speedier then expected. Slumber Parties and Pottery To Go We can pack pottery of your choice, brushes, and a set of our rainbow color paints “to go” so you can paint at home with your group. Prices are the same as in the studio, no additional fees. |
